I didnt read this but like many things on the motions you need to be an atorney to digest it all.

I just think if the bondies do roll the debt and drop the lawsuit it helps out our situation and could lead the pathway to emergence from CCAA and Ch 15 protections sooner .

Till then the bondies sit on hard packed dry ice and can't do squat about it unless they react.
