You are absolutely correct. When I bought my first shares (so long back i don't remember the year) there were about 196,000,000 shares outstanding. Then the dilution started. I remembering complaining to KRY about the dilution by e-mail saying "you just cut my investment capital in half. What the hell are you doing?"
