EZ

Same old , same old with you. I will try to address some of your comments/rubbish.

It's not good enough to try and build a superior gold mine. EZ, none, I repeat none, of the superior gold mine BS ever bore any fruit. You have to be able to adapt as you go along and, and this is not true for KRY/FUNG, you have to do it always through the lense of maximizing shareholder value. VZ has dealt all companies enough body blows, that I agree with you on. Chavez is the problem, you are right. The difference is that Belanger/GRZ recognized this very early and adapted their plan, taking Chavez out of the equation. Fung soldiered on and well, I don't need to tell you the outcome. Hitting a home run is always the initial plan with Jr miners but it was evident a long time ago that was not possible in VZ. Just look at the new gold buy back plan, you can't mine there under those circumstances. So I guess you are right Chavez did scare the crap out of GRZ and they went to arbitration right away. They stopped all non-essential expenses, sold some equipment to significantly cash up for the long process of arbitration and made available all senior staff to help with case. They are now almost done and still have a good cash position and will soon be selling the last of the equipment for a further cash injection. From my vantage point that looks very astute but I know you will disagree. The inability to not adapt to Chavez is the difference EZ, plain and simple. Belanger saw it, FUNG did not. Imagine if KRY had gone to arbitration at exactly the same time. They would have had more cash, would now be in a very strong position to deal with DIP crap as the settlement would be looming in the near future. Why would any one force or mess with KRY's if they, like us, were close to their due pay day? A looming judgement/settlement would have meant that KRY was asking for money from a position of strength, not weakness. I am right on this EZ.

The board did not buy the company, they did something even better. They bought in just like me. They are large shareholders. This is personal to them. They want to get the largest pay off possible and want to find ways to limit the taxes so I get more. Sounds brilliant to me. I bet you wish you had my problems, eh?

Your comment about the gold and copper dust is also wrong. Obviously you missed the VZ announcement a while back that they were going to start a 70000 tonne/day gold/copper project at Las Cristinas? That announcement was almost verbatim to GRZ's mine plan. Quite a coincidence, eh? The copper will get mined EZ, mark my words. Your comments about the copper just highlight your ignorance, check out the price of copper over the last 2 years, makes that dust worth a lot of cash. Your, and FUNGs fixation on the home run has caused you to miss the game my friend.

Cividale, Don-Wys, Stroot, Burnt, CJR, GWhates, and others, I have truly enjoyed your posts over the many years. I wish you all good luck. EZ, you just continue to put FUNG on a pedestal and spread misinformation about Belanger. FUNG acted with a Wall Street acumen. Poor judgement, inability to truly see what is happening with respect to Chavez/VZ, and a almost disdain for the common shareholder. Belanger and GRZ would never have asked for a percentage of the settlement like FUNG has proposed. While it may be legal, it is not right or ethical to even ask for it. FUNG's job, the one you fund , is to fight for you, to put your interests above his. Belanger has acted with a Main Street acumen. He bravely changed course, kept a tight financial ship to see it through, and looked out for me EZ, plain and simple. Hopefully, I will soon reap the benefits.
