This is what has troubled me from the beginning of the whole fax the judge concept. While I think management is being greedy it is still better than other options right now where we shareholders get 0% under restructuring. What happens if the judge decides that under normal bankruptcy we would get 0% and now we are complaining about getting 55%. Who may look greedy now?

Even Mr. Reyes may not be doing us a favor if we lose everything. As shareholders we have little say at this point in time because we are the ones who have allowed management to do this to us over the years.
