Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
Noticed in the previous E&Y posts/filings (prior to yesterday), something to do with the stopping of trading of shares, which seemed odd. This is now confirmed in yesterday's posts/filings on E&Y, mentioning an application by the company to stop trading shares because of the delay/lack of filings.
Also, noticed in previous E&Y posts/filings that the, "Supplementary Motion Record," shows the, "outside date," is now Apr 30 (previously Apr 2). Not sure it really means anything except to allow the parties time for negotiation, but why should this have to be discovered buried within a motion record? And, if something this innocent is being withheld, likely other significant things (like the mentioned stop trading of shares) are being withheld.
There could be other items of interest to commons hidden within the disclosures.
