"There is no doubt our management has a duty to work in the best interest of the shareholders, but when was the last time you were given a raise and you refused 50% of it because you thought the owner of the company deserved more in his pocket"

Most people dont get the oppurtunity to give themselves raises with other peoples money.

Thats right, but blackmail, greed, and deceit are personal and should be taken as such or your just a fool.
