I did not specifically look for information on the company accepting exisiting options over the MIP. I pretty much looked for the bottom line of what the Monitor recommended. The analysis/conclusion seems to bring in all of the possible scenarios. Then a bunch of "buts" and "ifs" and on and on. So it was likely discussed somewhere in the analysis.

Para 127's last sentence shows that the Monitor supports the Tenor loan subject to the validity of the Noteholders' objections and legal arguments.
