I spoke to RM today. He said the hearing scheduled for the 5th of April did take place as planned. The judge has taken the matter under advisement and will issue his rulings in due course. So, doesn't appear there was some last minute compromise. Don't know how long we will have to wait for a ruling, but I would think it will be made before the 16th of April, because that is when the bridge financing is due. My prediction---I think the Canadian judge will not slit the throat of a Canadian company and numerous Canadian shareholders only to benefit three arrogant greedy US based hedge funds. However, I am zero for 79 in my predictions in this matter. All the best.
