Thanks! Does your 364,820,000 include the options to management? Or are the options off the table? Also 55% to shareholders, should read 55% to company. It is really $101,000,000 to shareholders, after we get the crumbs. This would be approximately 20% to shareholders (on the low side). 20%....amazing. Thanks again.
