Can't Buy or Sell KRYFQ

The Royal Bank of Canada where I have my Account, has just notified me that they will not accept an order to Buy or Sell KRYFQ.

It seems that KRY has not provided financial documents as required.

Does anyone else have more informatin regarding this problem.

Does anyone have information as to a brokerage that will accept orders to Buy and Sell in Canada?

P.S. What kind of Management do we have that allows this to happen?
