EZ - GRZ had to be kicked in the ass to get anything going and because it was so flagrant, Hugo threatened to take properties like their's away for not being motivated to put them into production.

How ironic. Hugo has done FA to get those properties into production. It's pathetic how those properties just sit there year after year with nothing legally being done; not to mention all the possible jobs. Year after year after year ....
