Our claim is much stronger than that. It WILL NOT be through a settlement.

Assuming current DIP holds:

Settlement of 500M in 1 year gets management approx $41 million (net 10 % + options), we end up with approx $0.49


Award of $1B in 2 years and assuming we have to pay $150M tax on that then management gets $82 million and we get approx $0.94
