I don't have any of the numbers nor the time to go back through all the threads to determine what they are.
The $500 million figure looks to be as realistic as we could expect to receive with or without a change in regime.
With so many claims, taxes, fees etc. on the $500 million, it is doubtfiul if the proceeds would even be half of such an amount. Let's consider $150 to 175 million, less some other out of nowhere but valid claims, we are probably looking at thirty to forty cents a share a couple of years down the road.
This may net us a little more than the typical per-share settlement from one of those class action suits by a NY law firm
With 100,000 shares (avg cost $.65/shar.e - some that I've held since 2001), I may convert them to cash at the first decent rise, should it ever come, to take advantage of this down market, thus ending this chapter.
