The Bondies and their chosen legal team certainly appear to be boobs, no doubt.

Still in the camp that this is just a charade/act being perpetrated by Bondies, Management, and Tenor - who are all in cahoots and looking to take more of the pie from commons. The whole charade/act of "negotiating" the Plan of Arrangement or Compromise may just be to get Bondies their portion of the pie... just like Tenor... just like Management.

The continuing charade/act has shielded Management from much of the misdirected resentment continuingly attributed to the Bondies. And, it appears to be working like a charm.
