Supreme Court. Now that is just plain comical.

Most civil appeals are heard by the Court only if leave is granted. Leave to appeal is granted by the Court if the case involves a question of public importance or if it raises an important issue of law that warrants consideration by the Court. But basically the Court grants leave to appeal based on its assessment of the public importance of the legal issues raised.

I can't imagine anything in this case being even remotely important to the "public" at large.
