Mr. Marc J. Oppenheimer is a Principal of the Preferred Investment Solutions Corp., Managing Owner of Kenmar Global Trust, and Managing Owner of Diversified Futures Trust I, Futures Strategic Trust and World Monitor Trust Series A, B, D, E and F since February 16, 2005.
