Talk of a lawsuit would be as useless as what the noteholders are doing.

My post about Oppy getting a Million dollar gig was more a comment about him and Rf being paid to provide services when they have been at the trough for a long time. His contribution may be worth the money but like I said before he should be too embarrassed to even take it since he's been there so long and helped direct our ship into our current hole. The same for Fung's bonus before CCAA.

What really caught my eye was that the fee went to Nov. 30 2014. With the hearing concluding in 2013 why do we need to pay an extra year? My other thought is the fee guaranteed? If we settle in 2012 are we still paying until 2014?

The date seems strange to me?
