It seems that they have been settling in the 35-40% of claim range but who knows their real agenda. The big arb cases ready for decision will be decided soon after the elections and the focus on lost profits will be a game changer for cry. Without lost profits cry is a 40 cent stock at best. With lost profits you can fund your some of your retirement. I will be blunt here. We need a settlement or decision soon. If hugo stays in power longer than 24 months cry has a very small chance of returning any meaningful equity to shareholders. Tenor and bondholders will do just fine but management will need to further dilute our shares with their insatiable need to spend. We have about $20 million left out of a $36 million DIP loan. Its going quick.
