Thing is, playing by the rules has rules. According to the CCAR, the submitted ideas - if actually a proposal to a Plan - are supposed to be filed with the court and disclosed to the public by the Monitor. No Plan filings, no disclosure. Or, is it all being withheld from commons?

Again, just looking for disclosure. Extensions and agreements really not the issue.
