Would appreciate those arguments with mention of how the added dilution will help. This discussion should assume that w/o a settlement the judge will still continue granting extensions until an arb. award is made, whether you consder that realistic or not. Also, please discuss what you feel would be the likely or potential amount of add'l dilution. Thanks.
