jimmi, HC is going to USE whomever he can to suck cash out of and, a pre election ploy to gather votes. Just like all the other suckers before, I'm doubtful this deal will ever come to fruition w/Citic. Hugo will have to go and a probusiness president in place before Cristinas or any business project for that matter will ever get going. If history is the map then we can see where this is all going.
