Relatively new guy here, a few points if I may.............
Regarding the ICSID case, I believe that China is legally bound to help enforce any ICSID judgement against Vz? Is that correct?
It seems to me, that with the many billion$ China has in foreign investments, that China would wish to see that ICSID decisions are enforced? After all, the chances are that China will some day seek judgement against its own foreign assets being confiscated by some reckless nation state, anyone from from Aus to VZ.
Why would China pour billions into development of Las Cristinas when an international court might possibly give the mining rights back to KRY?
It seems to me that China should be anxious to reach a settlement with KRY.
