Guess anything is possible. If they work a "sweet-interest" deal like that, it could work.

That scorched earth thing JJ brought up has been really bugging me. It makes no sense for it to happen and make everyone lose. Unfortunately, the, "If I can't win, nobody wins," mentality does exist. Money (or missing out on perceived profits) makes people do things, that sometimes makes absolutely no sense. Makes being behind on SEC financial filings inconsequential at this point, but need to be brought up-to-date pronto if a Plan comes out. Stay likely extended the 30 as recommended by the Monitor.
