I agree with your thoughts on this.

Also changing lawyers in seldom a good sign.

If Kry has been able to reach an agreement with everyone but the noteholders there is no way the judge will side with the noteholders. The longer the process takes to negotiate a settlement with the noteholders the closer we get to the hearing next year.
