JC you are not a bear or a bondie and I agree with much of your post especially when you question whether they are all in cahoots. Both sides are playing around with our money. Keep posting links and information because we need every bit we can get.

I agree with you the judge could change course or that even though I think we will get an award or settlement from VZ nothing is guaranteed. Hope you didn't take me response as anything negative towards what you posted. I was just trying to show there have been cases like Nortel so maybe we are one of the few to stay in protection until arbitration is complete.

I'm no lawyer but I did stay in a holiday inn. (love that phrase) I like you know no more than anyone else. I haven't spoken to Marshall in months because I don't think there is anything to learn.

The system is a joke for us and a game for the lawyers. I found out the hard way it is never about the truth only winning.
