Is that going to happen between tomorrow and Nov 5th?

My head is spinning @ 100 MPH from the "order" discussions.

What's with all the ,999's in the trading numbers lately?

I'm wondering how much pressure the Judge feels to encourage the parties to complete a deal so this can be re-listed on the Canadian market. I imagine that there would be large investor uproar out of Canada with all that cheese out on the horizon in Nov 2013.
