Granted, the poor probably love Hugo personally because he gave them stuff for a decade just to sit around and not work despite the crime and corruption, but not counting the votes for Capriles if they did not choose the exact correct picture surely did not hurt Hugo's cause.

In a new election Capriles would win by a landslide. That said, it means nothing to us in the arbitration IMO. We win big, if we have the cash to survive long enough, which is the critical issue.
