Seems like the company plan is to just continue to ask for stays and ask the Judge for guidance to best proceed. The BOD has never been forthcoming. The company plan is also secret from the bondholders as well?

It will be something when we get to see Fungs sealed affidavit and all the other pieces we are missing on the long journey.

Is there any chance that Ven is involved with the Bondies? 100 million investment to obtain control of a company is a lot cheaper than a 4.3 billion award.
