I think we're going to either counter offer or just allow time to tick on. To me 15% with no cash on the table is ludicrous. Sure they want 15% +1% per qtr. but Tenor gave $36 million for 35%. Bondies have unsecured debt. Commons too! both un-secured.

Where's our counter ?

I know....it's on the floor. Ouch!
