The solution as always is to get a majority and vote for the changes that need to be made....but that will involve 200 million some odd shares...let me check my pockets..NOPE..not enough....

IF you can get that behind you...you can shuflle the board all you want, stop their salaries and have a bond issue from regular folk with interest deferred to remove all players.

I can pledge my shares to a plan like this if everyone is involved and we team up. Definitely would be better than this.
