For me it would just be a confirmation of good things to come... I agree and disagree with some posters on here about Hugo's departure.. Given Venezuela's track record it doesn't take a genius to realize Chavez was a megalomanic parasite feeding off the vunerable class of Venezuelan citizens to stay in power.
