The SEC says it is over for US Commons. It is not over for Canadian Commons. Unfortunately, odds are, CSA (Canada's SEC) will revoke the Canadian stock because, more often than not, they follow suit once the SEC revokes a ticker. So, it all depends on what the CSA and TSX's Compliance & Disclosure Group decide.
Best case is US shares trade in Canada - if it ever resumes trading from the "temporary" Cease Trade Order that has been ongoing since April 2012. Bagholders of US shares could possibly trade in Canada, depending on if the company is willing to make broker arrangements.
