Toast? Not sure what you mean other than the obvious that no trading can occur in the U.S. and very unlikely that trading will occur in Canada anytime soon.

However, I own as much "toast" of Crystallex as I did a week ago, and will be entitled to whatever proceeds that may or may not come from the arbitration case against Venezuela.
