I just checked with my broker. His back office said to wait approximately 30 days from the time it was delisted and the stock would then show 0 cents. At that time, I can transfer it over to the ROTH IRA and it should be a non-taxable event. If I did the transfer now, they would use the last trade value of .071 per share. We'll see what happens. Thanks
