Richard said this morning that not trading on a stock market still does not stop their compliance in regards to reporting requirements. Said there was a hearing this week or next for allowance by the trustee to proceed further and get more funding from Tenor. It was Tenor that demanded that no more of its money be spent on listing requirements.
