Civi -- no question that Venezuela screwed everybody and will suffer immensely in the future, but I do not see how "they got everything they wanted."

They really got nothing other than a couple of buildings that they didn't even furnish and stock so they could not use them. In the end neither of us got anything, but GRZ/us/Rusoro all have very viable and easily collectable arbitrations that will hurt Venezuela a lot over the next few years.

How much we shareholders will see is an open question that depends on how much more the judge will let Tenor extract from us.

In less than 6 months the arbitration hearing will be past and the post hearing briefing will be under way. Not long ago it was almost three years to that point, we may all live to see the end of this.
