Have to commend you for keeping hope. Obviously, not as optimistic here.
Actually not my opinion(s) specifically...
Mostly, just point out publicly available info, like what motion actually contains.
Funny how messengers here keep getting blamed for the situation.

Sure, anything can happen. And, it will continue to happen.
Seems it is now, "Evil Tenor," the sequel to "Evil Bondies."
This anything-can-happen movie appears subtitled, "Slow Bleed."
A sense of humor sometimes helps with investments gone wrong.

Have experienced and researched enough penny plays to know a few things... When management does not outright publicly disclose something, it is probably not going to happen. Pennies typically disclose minimal info, and depend on unwitting devotees to spread management implied rumors. These guys are now long-time penny stock managers - since before the AMEX/TSX delistings - and giving them benefit of doubt can be - and has been - costly. Once Tenor entered the picture, it went from high-risk-possible-high-reward, to high-risk-unknown-reward. Same penny type players, just different names.

It is interesting that the current motion notes outright - in substantial detail - exactly what Management, Tenor and Bondies get. Regardless, if the true intent is to scuttle the company, seems simple enough for them to have included an outright short sentence that a special disbursement will be made to commons from leftovers of the arb proceeds, without revealing the purported true intent. Yet, they choose not to. Same ol', same ol', penny games.
