thanks for your efforts FK. I tried reading through this stuff last night until I went blind and started have seizures. Here is my question----did I not read somewhere that Tenor would only get a pro rata share of the 15% if (in the unlikely event that this case settles early) the arbitration case settles before Tenor has funded the whole 47.1 million?
