Seems it is now, "Evil Tenor," the sequel to "Evil Bondies."

I don't see it as Evil Tenor. I see it as either bad management or complicity that the first DIP didn't work.

I still see it as evil bondies because in the end what they ended up with could have been negotiated long ago which would have kept us out of CCAA.

I certainly don't blame any messengers. How each person interprets items such as number 59 will determine how they feel. The passage is pointing out information but the meaning is open for debate.
