If you're like me all I want to know is what do I get out of this POS when everything is done. The noteholder interest formulas are to complicated for me to figure out with out all the redacted stuff and Watershed crap.
As I read it we get 40% of the net amount of the settlement or award. To get a $1 a share we would need about $450 million net as our share. Our settlement or award would need to net out at about $1.25 billion. Add to $1.25 billion what we owe the noteholders and tenor and you have a figure to work with. This is very simplistic and doesn't account for everything but I think we get the idea.
It sounds like we need around $1.5 billion to have any chance for $1 a share.
Remember this is just back of the napkin stuff so don't kill the messenger.
