Unless there is a fundamental shift in VZ's ideology (read: "leadership"), I wouldn't expect VZ to voluntarily settle or pay anything....ever. I expect that they will be dragged kicking and screaming before we see any $$. That's OK though. There are procedures available to accomplish this....and I believe any award entered against them will accrue interest until paid. So they can continue to dig themselves into a bigger and bigger hole by attempting to obstruct payment to us. The process is slow, but I must trust it. Eventually, justice will prevail.
