Exterran (the successor to Compression Holdings through a merger) filed their arbitration claim for $500 million in 2010 and got paid $442 million in a settlement a month or so after the July 2012 arbitration hearing -- $177 million cash and the rest over 4 years. I still say that my opinion is that collection is not a real issue with Venezuela, as this result demonstrates.
I think I could be reasonably happy if we get close to 50% of our claim, much less the 88% Exterran got.
