GRZ's case is not bifurcated. When the ruling comes out it will decide jurisdiction, merits, and quantum. Having spoken with GRZ management on numerous occasions, they have a high degree of confidence that they will prevail on the jurisdiction and merits questions because for the last year the panel has only been asking both parties to deal with quantum issues. It would be a complete waste of time to spent all this time and effort on quantum questions if the panel had decided that there was no jurisdiction or that GRZ's case had no merit. I see it as not a question of if, but a question of how much. I also see it the same for KRY.
