Nope, Vanessa never had a case and finally got booted. Read this from Venezuela's law firm:

They had to savor it, since it was probably the only one without any merit whatsoever.

And what did Hugo do with LC right after he revoked the bogus Vanessa transfer?

Correct, he sold us the right to develop the property and we spend some $500 million before he illegally expropriated it without just and prompt payment. Oh, and he never negotiated the expropriation from Crystallex in good faith.
