In looking at other examples of the protocol in ICSID procedures a reply by the claimants to the Responent's "Rejoinder on Merits" will be posted about one month later, i.e. Oct 20th. 3 weeks before the tribunal meets Nov 11th. All planets are aligning themselves just in time for the main event.

All these claimant/Respondent filings that you see listed in th ICSID website will be argued before the tribunal for final arbitration. As long as we have success regarding jurisdiction we should prevail.

My guess is that the award will be published around Dec 15th, 2014 just in time for a great Christmas celibration for us. Wouldn't it be something that those of us here who have stuck it out for this long would get together meet each other and have a great party.
