Just heading out and don't have time to look it up but IMHO this is all moot.

If we dig deep enough we can find lots of crap to worry about. One of our lawyers was suppose to be in support of the coup years ago. When dealing with VZ there is always CRAP to be found.

Kry agreed to give up any claim to the actual rights in exchange for our MOA to be the miner rather than the owner. We paid 10-15 million as well to VZ. There is no dispute on who owns the rights and if they were expropriated. Oppenheimer did the smart thing by removing all questions of ownership of LC.

We are just the miner who has had our contract breached. This is why I believed we were always in a better postion than GRZ and other companies who claimed to owned the mines only to have VZ expropriate them under the guise of national sovereignty.
