Issue is though, statements that all the discussion about certain risks in the arb case are "white noise and garbage" are classic statements that have influenced many in the past by certain prominent members here. These type of statements give false hope that once an award is won, settlement is soon to follow.

The risks associated with collecting an award are clearly set out by the company in their news releases. Yes we may win in court, but collecting is a whole different ball game. Some think we hold some holy priority in this.

But I guess the company's news release of late is all white noise garbage too.
