Your synopsis with respect to GRZ is what I understand occurred as well. I am as pumped as you. I have been in this too long to get too far ahead though, Venezuela's modus operandi is to use any, and all, legal opportunity to delay the arbitration. While this final submission will greatly limit Venezuela's appeal chances, as does having the court out of Paris, it does not stop them from trying an appeal. I hope you are correct in your thoughts on the amount of the award. Thanks for taking the time to post this.
