Any input on what the ultimate path will be for us shareholders? Or are we all speculating we'll actually get some of our money back? I'm under the impression that there are (3) paths:
· Post payment of creditors and other parties with security, a Trustee could be appointed for a liquidation/unwinding of the Company. Existing shares could be redeemed through the appointed Trustee for proportional liquidation.
· A decision is made post trial and prior to any settlement or Award to regain trading status so that share liquidity is achieved
· Post a favorable settlement or Award steps are taken to regain trading through new Registration statements.
Any input would be greatly appreciated, Thanks Andy
