Why are you obsessed with the shares concept? It is just a lawsuit now. There will not be another venture for Fung & Co. If the lawsuit is won then the funds will be distributed to the holders of record according to their interest. My account still shows the shares I own. I will get so much per share according to the balance left over after tenor and the management get their cut first. It is a simple equation. I expect to get a check in the mail or a wire just like Tenor and Fung.
